The experience begins with a welcome at the Black Pig distillery, where guests are invited to sample a welcome cocktail made with gin or another house spirit. During this initial moment, the team shares the history and legacy of Black Pig, highlighting its mission and commitment to sustainability and local ingredients.

After the technical visit, the most anticipated moment arrives: the tasting of the award-winning Black Pig spirits. The experience includes:

• Guided tasting of different spirits, with explanation of the aromatic notes and sensory profile of each one.

• Pairing suggestions with local snacks, such as artisanal cheeses, sausages or chocolates selected to enhance the flavors.

• Professional tasting tips and tricks for identifying subtle nuances in aromas and flavors.

 

- Gin tasting voucher - Taste and understand the differences between Costa Alentejana Gin and Montado Alentejano Gin.

The tour ends with a free visit to the park, where visitors can explore the gardens and discover the local flora that inspires Black Pig’s spirits. For those who wish, there is a relaxing space with panoramic views, ideal for taking photos and enjoying the scenery and even interacting with the various animal species that reside in the Park.

Before leaving, visitors have the opportunity to purchase Black Pig products directly from the distillery shop, taking home a piece of this unique experience.
